Moving Heavy and Bulky Items

Items that are extra heavy and bulky can be a challenge. Anywayz Moving is equipped to safely move heavy items such as upright pianos, gun safes, and other large and heavy pieces of furniture. Note that we do not handle grand or baby grand pianos and pool tables. These items must be handled by companies specializing in moving such items. We also do not handle extra bulky or heavy items if more than 3 stairs are involved.

Moving Appliances

Appliances are a vital part of the home. They are also complex and delicate items that need special handling and care. Our movers are trained to safely disconnect and move your appliances. Items such as washers, dryers, gas ranges, dishwashers, fridges and any other appliances will be handled appropriately and with care. Note that movers do not reconnect appliances. This job requires a licensed plumber or another qualified technician in the North Hollywood area.

Disassembling & Reassembling Furniture

Like appliances, furniture is a vital part of any home. You want to make sure your furniture is handled by professionals and with care. Our movers come with furniture protection materials such as blanket pads, corrugated pads, tapes, and shrink wraps. All this is included in our moving quote and can be used at no extra charge. We also bring the right equipment and tools; our movers are skilled to do the task efficiently. We disassemble and reassemble your furniture in your new location to make your move hassle free. We also unmounts wall mounted TVs. But mounting TVs on the wall must be done by a skilled technician; movers do not mount TVs on the wall.

Small Moves and Single Items

If you are looking for North Hollywood Movers to move just a few items, we can do that as well. But to make it viable, we will require a minimum of three hours of work to take up that task. We are dealing with bringing vehicles, movers, and a driver for the task, so a minimum of three hours of work should be calculated. Give us a call; we can work out the details and tailor-make your moving quote.

Packing and Unpacking

We take special care to use proper packing material to handle fragile and delicate kitchenware/dishware to keep it safe during the move. Fragile furniture is also handled carefully with special blanket pads and shrink tape to ensure safe transit. We will bring all the equipment necessary for packing for which there won’t be an extra charge. But if you wish to keep some of the boxes or wardrobes, there will be an appropriate charge.

Upon completing the relocation, we unpack and take all the packing material with us. We won’t leave you with a big mess to clean up. We respect our clients and their homes. We want your move to be as comfortable as possible.

Victor and his team were excellent. I have never hired movers before, but I am so happy I went with these guys. We hired some movers who did not show up the day of the move. I was frantically searching for new movers when Victor reached out with a quote. He explained everything over the phone and was very responsive to my questions. They were on time and have no hidden charges. Honestly, they were the BEST movers we have ever hired! Our experience with Anywayz Moving was exceptional. Victor and Sergio were polite, considerate, and worked in a timely manner. You would not believe they were paid hourly to watch them work. While they mindfully wrapped, transported, unwrapped and placed each piece carefully; you would think they were paid based upon how quickly they completed the job. They wasted no time whatsoever and I would highly recommend them. Also, I appreciate the fact that they did not try and surcharge me to death... Many moving companies charge a booking fee, fuel surcharge fee, material fee, drivetime fee, etc. One company quote me nearly $300 for these additional fees and my move was less than 2 miles. Anywayz are hard working honest people that will take care of your possessions without overcharging you. Response time to Inquiry was less than one hour

Prompt, friendly, professional. They had plenty of packing materials (included with the charge) and were able to pack away some of the odd/awkward items that we weren't sure how to handle. This was our first time hiring movers and we are very pleased. Hopefully we won't have to move again any time soon, but they made this process as painless as moving can be.

We moved recently from one bed to two bed apartment. Moving was easy and all items are safely moved without any damage great effort by Victor and Arthur. They didn't even waste any time and showed up on time. Actually we did have some things in private storage space. They moved those things and our apartment things too. The price also affordable( includes wrapping furniture) and We checked one or two moving companies before contacting anywayz moving , the moving rate per hour is more (without wrapping) compared to anywayz moving. They Safely handled the furnitures and fragile things. They make sure to wrap everything to avoid damages.

Victor has been great to work with! He is very professional, prompt, fast working, and was very careful with our stuff. They even moved our extremely heavy punching bag filled with sand. Viktor and the movers were extremely professional and kind, from the beginning quote to the end of the move. Highly recommend. I had a last minute move and only had 4 days notice and Anywayz was responsive and had the best quote by far. The movers were extremely nice and I could tell they were very meticulous in making sure everything was wrapped properly so nothing would get damaged. They also took off my TVs from the mounts for me and provided all the wrapping materials and wardrobe boxes at no extra charge. Definitely would use them again.

It was easy planning with the Anywayz moving team. Initially they gave a 2 hour window of arrival but we're flexible and able to lock down a 9am start. The team ( 2 guys) that arrived were welcoming and had the general covid-19 protections in place. They both communicated well and took great care of my possessions. It took longer than expected, but I don't think this was fault of the team, probably the length of time from my apartment (3rd floor) to the truck, noting the elevator is on the other side of the building. All in all, a great service and I would certainly use them / recommend them again

Amazing moving services. Very hardworking, fast, friendly, and attentive to taking good care of our furniture. Extremely professional and worked a full day of 8hrs with such a helpful and upbeat attitude! Their prices are extremely reasonable and well worth the experience and service that you get. They made everything we needed happen, including fitting an oversized couch into a very small and not ideal shaped hallway. The guys from Anywayz were extremely professional and worked quickly. It was a very hot day, during Covid, so masks the entire time...and they ended up working an hour extra (I had a lot of stuff), so I appreciated how nice they were, without complaining at all. They were very careful and made sure all of the furniture was wrapped and handled with care. Affordable, too. I definitely recommend Anywayz.

Could not recommend Victor and his team more. They were professional, fast, careful, and took every precaution when it came to COVID. He was flexible with timing and made the whole moving process the most relaxed one I've ever had. Very nice guy and had my move across town totally finished in just two hours! You also can't beat their prices! Very satisfied!

They were amazing!! Very communicative prior to the move, and on the day of they arrived on time and were extremely kind the whole day even though it was 90+ degrees and the truck ended up being to large to fit down the street at my old apartment so they had to cart everything to the end of the block. Both apartments had stairs and they tackled them without a problem. They worked quickly and were very careful with all of my items, wrapping everything they could. They even stayed after they finished and I had completed the payment and paperwork to tighten screws on all of my chairs. I'll definitely hire them again for the next time I move!
